Pollrus is an app for asking and answering polls, with group chats around them. It's made by Rondo Creates LLC.

Get help

Email [email protected]. Write from the email address on your account if you can, and tell us your username, which device you're on, and what happened.

Report something in the app

Reporting in the app is the fastest way to get content reviewed:

• A poll: tap the ••• menu on the poll, then Report.
• A comment or message: press and hold it, then tap Report.
• A person: open their profile, tap the ••• menu, then Report user.

Choose the reason that fits best. Use Child safety for anything sexual involving a minor, or a minor in danger. We review those first and report them as the law requires.

You can also block someone from their profile. Neither of you will see the other's polls, they can't start a new chat with you, and they're removed from your followers.

Appeal a decision

If we removed your content or suspended your account and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] with the subject line Appeal. Include your username and what was removed.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Rights Request. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, use the subject line Do Not Sell or Share, or turn it off in the app under Settings > Safety & Privacy. The Privacy Policy explains each right and how long we take to respond.
